Terms of service
Last updated October 31, 2026. These terms cover your use of Roadcase, a Shopify app made by Music City Labs ("we").
The service
Roadcase watches the packages your store ships using tracking data from Shopify, lists problems, sends shopper emails you turn on, and shows shipping costs and scores. Tracking comes from Shopify and the carriers, so it can be late or wrong; Roadcase can only be as accurate as that data.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the emails sent to your shoppers, including their wording and any custom HTML you add, and for having the right to email your shoppers about their orders. Don't use Roadcase to send marketing or anything unrelated to an order's delivery.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, monthly or yearly. New paid plans include a free trial. You can change or cancel anytime from the Plans page; Shopify handles any proration. Each plan covers a number of new orders a month; past it, Roadcase keeps watching your orders but sends no shopper emails for orders over the limit until the next month or an upgrade.
Estimates
Dollar figures in Roadcase, such as monthly moves, are estimates from your store's data, not guarantees.
Liability
Roadcase is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, including from late, missing or incorrect tracking or emails.
Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continuing to use Roadcase means you accept the update.
